Garlic Can Combat Sickness and Improve Heart Health

If you often get colds, then adding more garlic to your diet could be incredibly helpful.

There is also convincing evidence for beneficial effects on heart health.

For those with high cholesterol, garlic supplementation appears to reduce total and/or LDL cholesterol by about 10-15% . Also effective at lowering blood pressure.

TIP: One way to increase garlic in your diet is to mix 6 cloves of garlic with 2 tbsps of honey.  Mix together in a mason jar.  Have a tsp every day.
