Follow this detox method to shed that extra weight and flatten your tummy.
I lost 10 pounds following this detox and it’s my go to when I know I’ve had some of the foods that I’m sensitive to. It works like a charm and you’re never left hungry
For 7 days, follow these Rules
- Drink warm water with lemon, a dash of cinnamon and cayenne every morning
- Eat as many vegetables as you want (only fresh, steamed, grilled or sauteed)
- 3 Fruits a day (only fresh fruit)
- Vegan Protein shake and your regular vitamins
- No caffeine, no alcohol, no sugar or artificial sweeteners, no fats, no grains or starches
- Drink 64 oz of water
- Herbal tea, non caffeinated
- For seasonings, use any spice, Braggs Amino Acids and Tamari Sauce
To continue this way of eating to see more weight loss
Second week forward, ADD:
- Fats like olive oil and avocado
- Add grains like quinoa, rice, pasta, sprouted grains
You will feel 100% better. This is really a plant based diet. I go back to the 7 day detox as necessary after holidays or a little too much eating out!
